what are some Good Crisp speakers for around $40

Basically what I am looking for are speakers I can turn up loud & the voice not be all crackly & fuzzy, I don't care much about bass I just want good speakers that can do that & high pitches not cut out or be crackly either. So anything around $40 ($50 most).

i would prefer Cyber Acoustics they have 30w RMS and Magnetically shielded satellite speakers of 6w each
