What are some good temperatures for gaming?

Hello.

I have the Samsung NP350V5C-S08IL laptop.

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM Processor 2.4GHz
Memory: 8GB DDR3
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7670M 2GB
Resolution: 1366x768
HDD: 1TB 5400RPM

Now I am a game developer, and also a gamer, so I use some quite heavy applications and games on it.

I recently bought the Cooler X-Master cooling pad (http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Notepal-X-Lite-Cooling/dp/B003L1KPDW)

I need your opinions about my temperatures (I measure them using the speedfan program):
Idle/Soft use

• 
  CPU cores (0-3): ~45C
  GPU: 0C (because there's another gpu which is the Intel HD that works when running non-heavy apps)
  HD: ~38C
  Temp1 (I dont know what that is, probably motherboard): ~58C

While developing games/playing games

• 
  HD0: ~45-50C
  Temp1: ~65-70C
  GPU: ~60-75C
  CPU cores (0-3): ~65-75C (although on high settings it reaches ~81C sometimes)

Are these temperatures dangerous for my laptop? I mean I do realize the only thing that can go bad in the medium-term is the harddisk since it is not much of a good harddisk and considering the fact that there are LOADS of installations on it and loads of processes running.

But overall, am I safe from a motherboard defect/any defect caused by temperatures?

And another question, what are some good temperatures I should maintain while gaming? When do I stop gaming, on what temperatures?

That is even cool for a laptop bro. Laptops usually tend to be hotter than desktops because of the space. Your temps are fine.

Those temperatures look absolutely fine, I wouldn't be worried at all. I know some mobile CPUs can handle all the way up to 100c, due to the closed nature of laptops.

Those temps wouldn't be out of place in a desktop, let alone a laptop.
