www.perlguru.com
nntp.perl.org
and a newer one I just found www.scripthat.com

Perlmonks.org is great for information and discussion between experts. However, it seems to be a trend for the members to be rude and impatient with those learning.

IMO, use perlguru.com or tek-tips.com
