The only way to know is to get the original image and check the meta data for camera type.

Thought it looked like Mark Wahlberg, and from the image URL it turns out it is. It's probably from a movie or something, so a screenshot, not a photo.

Change to a .txt file then click to view and the camera make and model are on the first line. But if it was changed by a photoshop program, then that is usually taken away. Facebook converts all pictures uploaded so nobody can claim that they have the copyright on them.
