What can i do because i just got a phone to day and the phone could work but it

i can call in and out but on the screen i could not see anything. the whole screen is all white...

If you just got it and it is having problems, either get in touch with your service provider if you ordered it online or bring it back to the store where you bought it so they can ensure that it is defective and give you a new one.
