what can i do to stop my dell latittude 3330 from freezing

everytime i close the lid of my laptop or make it to sleep, when i want to resume the laptop freezes

Hi,

Do try adjusting the Power Option of your laptop.
- Right click on the battery icon and select Power Options.
- Click Change plan settings then Change advanced power settings.
- Expand Hard disk then Turn off hard disk after and set it to Never.
- Expand Allow hybrid sleep and set it to OFF
- Expand Hibernate after and set it to Never.
- Click Apply the OK then test it again.
