What Chromebook should i get?

I am looking for a second computer and i have decided upon getting a Chromebook. The only problem is what one should i get? I have started to gravitate towards the "Hp chromebook 14".

If anyone knows a chromebook that is 14" and does about the same. Also i have noticed there is a pavilion version what exactly is the difference between the two?

Maybe buy a similarly price laptop with windows (more powerful), and install chrome os? Just a suggestion.

I dont think i could get a windows based laptop that has the same specs for even close tot his price. Also i can put ubuntu on the chromebook so i am very happy with a chromebook.
