What do you do if your galaxy amp 2 keeps freezing

1. Try restarting it. Sometimes that is all it needs. (and it should be done regularly)

2. Make sure you don't have any viruses, malware, bad apps, etc., on the device.

3. Make sure you actually 'close' an app when you aren't using it. Just moving to another app, or not seeing it open on your screen, doesn't mean it is closed. When you leave them open they use up resources, leaving less and less for anything else you do. So you need to make sure you actually close any app when you are done with it. And it isn't like it is hard to reopen them. :) This also is a reason to restart the phone regularly.
