I kinda thought the same thing but I poked around their site for a bit and that was the only Samsung device I saw with that marking on it, so if thats correct, it's the only "new" device that they have for sale even among much newer devices.

Well I try searching and this is what I saw http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2176721&page=8 so do you guys think that the "NW" means that the phone their selling is a locked phone or something?(just CTRL+G then NW)

So lets say this is a locked phone and I bought it(but I highly doubt that its a lock phone, cause the PC Express store is just a store selling computer parts and things) , can I do anything or something to make the phone normal/prepaid?

I really think that this S3 is still better than the Xperia C that my moms want...right?

Here's a link with a phone with NW too. http://www.nairaland.com/1405745/neat-branded-samsung-galaxy-white

Going by what I read there it would appear that the NW has something to do with the "Locked/Unlocked" status of the phone but I can't tell which it's supposed to be indicating. Again, I'd just contact the seller and ask. Hopefully someone will read your post here and be able to give you a definitive answer but I wouldn't chance it on something so expensive. At the very worst, look into how to unlock that model of phone just in case you need to know once you get it.
