In all seriousness, where are you streaming from? Problem(s) can come from the host site, your internet or the Firestick resources.
Without knowing what we're talking about specifically, it's tough to narrow it down.

I was talking about the internet mine is only running and 3mbps. And the firestick isn't going great

And what are you streaming, and from where?

For example: https/help.netflix.com/en/node/306

Netflix should stream (in the lowest quality) with 0.5Mbps. Obviously, the stronger the better though.

If you're streaming from other sources, their requirements may differ.
