What happened to VendPrint?

I am having problems with installing Vendprint on a server 2008 Computer. Now their website and all Telephone numbers are gone. You would think paying them well over $15,000 a year, they would tell us something. Any one have any ideas?

Apparently they've had a change in management but they are back now. Website is up, and talked to Tim Tope today! Huzzah!

Trying to get some tech support is mind numbing. I have to get VAM working with Server 2008, and can not find out where to put the VAM.ini file for the staff and administrators.

Any ideas?
