What happens if i use a different charger for a laptop other than the provided one?

My original charger broke and the retailer gave me other brand charger.
It's voltage and all are a bit higher than original one.

ya...I have a toshiba laptop.And the retailer gave me a lenovo charger.
(old)TOSHIBA:
input= 100-240V ~ 50-60Hz...1.5A
output= 19V ~ 3.95A

(new)LENOVO:
input= 100-240V ~ 50-60Hz...1.7A
output= 20V ~ 3.25A
