What if there is no choice in the wireless network section

My LG power will not let me connect to the mobile network and give me no choice is in the network section how do I remedy this I put my SIM card in and it was the phone number and knows all the information but it will not connect to the network will not give me any selection to choose any other networks and has no network on the phone at all won't tell me anything when I turn it on

I cant completely answer, but it seems like the provider is not letting you access their network towers. Make sure the SIM card is for your current network, and make sure your phone was registered at a wireless store. They should put the SIM card in for you to wire it up and connect you.
