What is 60hz 200hz

Hello,i want to buy a new tv but they have
60hz tv an 100hz tv/200hz tv what do this mean?

Screen refresh rates - how many times per second that new pictures are written to the screen. The old glass TV's ran 30 frames per second. Most LCD computer monitors run 60 fps. Newer televisions are now running at 100 and 200 fps.

As usual, faster is more expensive.
