What you are asking for is certainly within your budget. Take a look at the following 14" Lenovo Flex 5 laptop for $800 CAD. It has a low power quad core i5-8250u CPU, 1080p screen, 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD. The only drawback for me is the somewhat small 128GB SSD; though it is a a lot faster than a hard drive (HDD) which makes it very responsive because of high read / write speeds.

Thank you very much. Is a i5 good for browser tasks.

The i5-8250u is more than enough for browser tasks. It can handle CPU intensive tasks like video editing and encoding. Not as well as a "full power" quad core CPU like the i5-7300HQ though because the CPU is basically limited to running at 2.6GHz due to power restraints, though for short periods of time (it is not running too hot) it can do 3.4GHz in short bursts. It is a 15w CPU and not a 45w CPU like the i5-7300HQ.
