Usually click on 'Delete' or 'F2' button right when the PC starts.

When I turn on computer it goes straight to acer logo screen and if I press f2 delete it takes me to InsydeH20 setup Utilities where and what do I do ? I was have problems with computer so I was doing a factory reset. It said reset failed and won't go past acer logo screen can you help?
