So i don't know what a control panel is?
My laptop has windows 10.

Here's a video tutorial for Windows 10 Control Panel. However, it is the not for the retail version of Windows 10. It is the "technical preview" version of Windows 10 so there could be some slight differences between this version and the release version of Windows 10.

A control panel like the name suggests allows you to control different things in windows 10. In windows 10 there are 2, the original one like in windows 7 and one for the windows 10 apps and updates.
