Question What is the best live streaming service for a second residence.

Currently paying for Hulu + Live at both locations. Was looking for a better option. Was hoping to watch what I have at home but with Hulu on a smart TV it recognizes I am at another location and does not allow me to watch.

There is no single "best" service, only depends on what you want to watch. Not sure why you can't logon to Hulu at two different locations, did you check with their support? I can logon to Hulu fine when traveling using the same account. Although that is for their normal streaming service, don't know if the live TV function has some other restrictions.
