What is the Best Registry Optimizer?

I am wondering what the best Registry Optimizer is. Some people say that it is better to leave the registry alone and others say that having a registry optimizer is vitally important. What are your opinions?

registry optimizers are not important at all, but if you've been doing lots of installing/uninstalling software/games then it isn't a bad idea to clean it out once in a blue moon, in which case ccleaner is my preference.

I will probably be uninstalling games occasionally.
What about if I have a good Uninstaller program like Revo Uninstaller Pro? I have heard that this eliminates the need for Registry cleaning.

Don't use any program that claims to clean the registry - they can seriously mess things up, irreversibly.
