What is the best smartphone for roughly 150€/200$?

Hello there. As mentioned in the title, I would very much appreciate your help with this decision. I only want to spend 150€, 170-180 maximum. I'm kind of leaning towards the Samsung Galaxy Core Plus, but I don't know.

Id prefer MotoG 16GB or LG OPTIMUS L90. Both have snapdragon 400 processor which is better than Galaxy Core Plus. Also both have Android 4.4 kitkat preisntalled.
