What is the minimum income for HP Preferred Account

I really want to get this laptop that cost 1000$ and I was declined the first time i tried to get the Preferred Account. Which I put a 14000$ Income. I just want to know the minimum income that you have to have to get it

It probably more then just income, it basically a credit check.
