I am trying to find the model number of this laptop, is it by HP it has:

Ryzen 5 2500u
8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) RAM
15.6" diagonal FHD SVA anti-glare WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
1 TB 5400 rpm HDD
HP's standard Keyboard
802.11b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 combo.

On HP's website it is labeled "HP Laptop - 15z". Does anyone happen to know this?

Do you have the laptop? If so, there should be a sticker on it, that tells you the model number which you can look up.

If you saw this online, post a link, then we can tell you.

Otherwise, we could only guess at the details, because it's likely that HP will have various different models which will be very close to this setup and use the same base CPU, ram, HD size.. It's like a needle in a haystack almost.

Yeah, I saw it online, though the link is just to the laptop but it is customizable so that would only give a range of numbers for it.
