that ain't fiber. it's electrical since it clearly has a + and - on the plastic housing. it does look like a duplex LC, but that's about the extent of it.

what does it connect into? are there any other markings on the other side of the plastic housing?
 
SInce that connector has two conductor wire and and a passive speaker requires 2 conductors it is a non standard speaker connection. No "power" just amplified signal.
If you want to change speakers you can just cut off the connection and use the bare wire. If you want to use the speaker with a different system cut the connector off with enough wire to splice the connector onto any speaker cable.
