Question What is the Problem that Cause Blue Screen Error?

Hi Everyones!

I have a laptop, which runs normally most of the time, but sometimes it shows Blue Screen which force to restart the laptop but after restarting it shows that error continually on each reboot.

I want to know that exact problem that causes the blue screen error. Do I need to change any hardware?

Well first we would need to know what the error was on that blue screen, what you were doing when it happened and what the error you get when you try to restart it.

I don't know the exact error message, but when it will come again I'll take a photo of it and will share it here.
But some technical guy told me you've problem with ram or hard drive.
