What is this application running in my taskbar?

Right clicking it gives me an option for settings.

From what I can find elsewhere with similar descriptions of the Icon is that it is a key logger program.

-EDIT- After a little deeper searching I was led to Kaseya agent which is a monitoring software. However there icons seem to differ slightly to what you have shown.

It's probably the key-logger. I am not able to find where it's actually installed. Any way I could remove it?

I am not entirely sure, I haven't found a thread which implies how to remove it, but I will continue searching.

Well, I went into the Taskbar Notification Settings (settings for which icons should appear in the taskbar notification area). This is the screenshot: Link
It says Main. Still found no way to remove it.
