What Is this virus?

I Get this alarm all the day.What should I do?
I already Scanned With malware and avast.

Make sure your scanner definitions are up to date and rescan. Run Malwarebytes Rootkit scanner. Try all these:

its a fricken avast notification in arabic,not a terrorist virus.once we know what it is in english we can better advise what action to take.

Those aren't viruses. Your scanner is blocking potentially harmful webpages you're going to. Either stop going to websites that are questionable, turn OFF malicious website blocking in Avast (Recommended. Malwarebytes has better filters for this. Use the one if Malwarebytes, not Avast.) or if it's a particular couple of sites that always trigger it and you know they are not harmful, add them as exclusions in Avast.

Then there is something else on your system making the attempt to visit those sites. I'd go through the full list of remedies on the earlier link I posted. Especially the rootkit scanner.
