Either stop going to websites that are questionable, turn OFF malicious website blocking in Avast (Recommended. Malwarebytes has better filters for this. Use the one if Malwarebytes, not Avast.) or if it's a particular couple of sites that always trigger it and you know they are not harmful, add them as exclusions in Avast.

I dont go to these sites. when the laptop is idle it shows these messages and the blocked url is always different. ...!!!
Then there is something else on your system making the attempt to visit those sites. I'd go through the full list of remedies on the earlier link I posted. Especially the rootkit scanner.

I can't understand the virus as I don't know that language. But I can tell you that always make your scanner definitions are up to date and rescan. Run Malwarebytes Rootkit scanner.
