Hi

I'm new to messing around with the insides of laptops, and I'm trying to install another SSD. Specifically, an M.2 SSD. My laptop is an MSI GP62MVR 7RFX, but it doesn't appear to come with a user manual and I can't find much online either. It appears that I only have one slot for an M.2 SSD and it's taken by the C drive. I saw another slot naively thinking it was for an M.2 SSD and ordered myself a Crucial MX500 2280, but it's much too small to fit in this bay. I can't figure out what the bay I've marked is used for and if I've ordered a different model from what I need.

Thanks for linking me the manual. Sadly, that doesn't say anything about what each part is inside via a diagram, including what I circled in red. Most of it is reference only as well.
