What is visadm.exe?

This is in my \windows folder. I believe its also in the PocketPC
windows folder. What does it do?

It is a visual front end msmqadm.exe, the MSMQ admin program for the Pocket
PC. It would have been installed as a convenience for the user, as part of a
CAB file.
