what is wrong with my Acer laptop when it says no reboot device please restart

can anyone out there help me with my Acer laptop

how do I start my Acer laptop with this problem it says no bootable device restart

turn on and press the F12 key for the boot device menu to appear and select boot device. if that doesnt work, go into the BIOS and check how the boot device is configured and fix its order. 1 should be CD/DVD room. 2 should be Hard drive (with windows)
