3 months ago this was this top choice for gaming laptops for the money. im just curious if that's still the case? =p

i mostly want something for school for editing in indesign/photoshop. a nice bonus to that is some mild gaming, and maybe a little recording lets say consoles with a pvr. really this laptop is about 400$ more than i'd like to pay but i think having the extra horse power will be nice as i got some crappy 4 year old laptops from work that are 2g and struggles with flash stuff.

The laptop will do fine with all of your criterias but will probably lag if you try running new games on ultra settings :)
