What kind of screw is this and how do I remove it?

There's two of these above the optical drive and I've been unable to remove them

What is the make and model of the laptop? That will help as we can look it up on you tube of a disassembly that tells us what type of screw it would be. It looks stripped or close to it but what I have so far it might be a hex, but that is just a random guess.

Looks like a square head screw to me. You'll need a square bit of the appropriate size to remove it (properly anyways). If it isn't too tightly in there, you might be able to jam a flat head in there that fits corner to corner and use that instead.
