What kind of speaker is this?

It's been in my house for forever, I think it used to be my brothers. Selling some things to make some room/money.

I know this isn't a high quality speaker, but I know nothing about it. What price should I list it at? I'm thinking like $40 at most. It's about 2 foot 3 inches tall and 1 foot 3 inches wide.

Looks to me like either a homemade loud speaker (or possible stage monitor), or perhaps a loudspeaker for an open vehicle (jeep, etc). Hard to say exactly unless you know what the model of the components in it are. Ohm ratings of the components/speaker may lend a clue......

Meant to mention it says "Acoustic USA" on that bottom speaker. I'm thinking it's a cheap "white van" speaker. And yea it works.

Spot on. Yeah, for this pawn-shop special, $40 seems fair if it works and you can demo it for sure.
