My university is giving me $2500 to buy a laptop (not a penny more), so I want to buy something good. What do you recommend? I am not very tech-savy, but this is what I need:
1) It cannot be more than 15.6 inches, because I want it to be able to fit into my handbag.
2) It has to be able to play really intense new games like The Sims 4 and Civilization 5.
3) It has to not get hot, burn up, and explode very quickly.
4) If it is possible to have it come with a quatrilingual keyboard (English, French, Hebrew, and Arabic), that would be great. I currently have trilingual stickers for English, Hebrew, and Arabic.
5) I want this computer to have great stuff like shit tons of room, fabulous graphics, playing games really fast and perfectly.
6) It needs to have a battery life of more than 5 minutes (my current laptop sucks). If it can stay on for a few hours without charging (or longer), that would be great.
7) It would be cool if it comes with stuff pre-installed for free like Microsoft Word, anti-virus, or Rosetta Stone. My university won't buy any of that stuff for me, but if it's included in the $2500 laptop price, then it's cool.
8) How should I go about actually getting the laptop? I'm an American living in Israel. Can I order something and get it shipped here, or will I then need to pay thousands of dollars in import fees? I was thinking of just buying one in the UK in a couple of weeks when I go to visit London... would that get me out of paying any import fees/ taxes to Israel when I bring it back with my luggage?
9) It would be cool if the laptop was not super-duper heavy
