what laptop should I get

LENOVO ThinkPad L450 2.3Ghz i5-5300U 4G mem or

Lenovo Ideapad V460 Intel Core i5 2.53Ghz 4GB

I tried looking them up here's what I got I'm on a budget

looked up the 5500 and it does support direct x 12 if the other one does not then I'll take the 5500
thank you for reading the V460 is i5 first gen I guess and the 5500 is well 5th gen looked at the V460 it has a gpu and integrated graphics IDK desktops I know laptops not really lol

The IdeaPad V460 is a very old laptop since it has a 1st generation Core i5 CPU and the nVidia 310m has worse performance compared to the Intel HD 5500. For what it is the Intel HD 5500 is not that bad. See link below for game benchmarks:
