What laptop to get

Solution
Generally speaking yes, they should perform that same. That is the simple answer.

The more complex answer is that it depends on the components used on the motherboard other than the CPU itself and the type of storage. Even the software drivers written for the various components will have an impact. I have seen benchmarks of laptops from different manufactures with the same basic components like the same CPU, amount of RAM and the same type of storage (SSD / hard drive), but they have different performance. Sometimes it is small, other times the difference could be large enough (over 10% difference) to question why is there such a performance difference.

Below is a review of the Nextbook Flexx 11; I suggest you watch it. At about 5:52...
Nextbook is a,pretty new company. Asus has been around for a while and general have a good reputation. Having said that, both are budget laptops so both companies cut corners so that they can at least make a little profit. Asus is notorious for having poor customer service.

Search for reviews for both laptops and read / watch them to find strengths and weaknesses. Then make a choice.

Below is a review of the Nextbook Flexx 11; I suggest you watch it. At about 5:52 into the video you will see a Chrome benchmark. The Asus X205TA is included in the benchmark results, but that one uses the Z3735 Atom CPU, not the Z3735F Atom CPU. The HP Stream 7 tablet uses the same CPU as the Nextbook but the benchmark result is a bit slower. However, that is only one benchmark and you really need to run a lot of different types of benchmarks to actually gauge what laptop is better overall.

As I stated before, do as much research on both laptops then make your choice.
