Generally speaking yes, they should perform that same. That is the simple answer.
The more complex answer is that it depends on the components used on the motherboard other than the CPU itself and the type of storage. Even the software drivers written for the various components will have an impact. I have seen benchmarks of laptops from different manufactures with the same basic components like the same CPU, amount of RAM and the same type of storage (SSD / hard drive), but they have different performance. Sometimes it is small, other times the difference could be large enough (over 10% difference) to question why is there such a performance difference.
