What permissions do I need to allow a firmware update?

my daughters tablet got a pop up saying a firmware update was available but she denied it and now when I go to settings to update, it says permission denied. Change permissions in settings:apps. Which app/apps do I need to allow permission in order to update firmware?

Rather than mess with permissions where things can go wrong, it's best to wait until the offer comes up again and assure the lady she can accept that offer.
