Good day! I’m in charge of the planning and organisation of our company’s annual party. So I’ve decided to avail an AV equipment hire Birmingham service from an online provider. My concern is, I don’t know much about such kind of equipment. I need to personally check them to make sure that they’ll work perfectly for the event. What are the things that I must look at when it comes to such systems? Your replies will be very much appreciated. Thank you!

If it has to "make sure that they'll work perfectly" then contract with a company to do the design and setup as well as the rental. That way if something doesn't work it is their responsibility to fix it, not yours.
