What the heck is "Pause and Win"?

Probably because you'll be looking at the ads they send. They can make
ads show when you pause a show.

Isn't that one of the features that makes the Replay so great? I use the
pause button all the time.

I saw one of thier ads this morning. They want you to look at thier
ads. Giving away that TV is cheap advertising.
