Someone probably reported one of your pictures. They lock the account for up to a week by default while they investigate. You probably can't do anything besides contacting customer support.

Go get a hobby, go for a walk, actually meet your friends and have a real conversation, take some time to have a meal without sharing photos of it, actually tell someone to their face if you like or dislike something , actually check if something is true before repeating it to others as fact.
