What to do?

When I press power button, my computer show ,,Samsung GALAXY Tab 3", and no more. What to do?

If you have a removable battery, re-seat it and try it again. If you can't do anything with the battery, try doing a factory reset which will wipe the device and set it as it was when new. If there are hardware or some file issues with the system the restore may not work. It will wipe the internal memory so anything saved there will be deleted.
