What wrong with my computer ?

ever sense MS support install word for me my computer is mess up I cannnot get into my emails yahoo mail is very slow and at first i could not get into it then i tired signup for AOL mail now i can't get into that! when i try ti log in i get this error BLERK!

Authentication Problem
Browser security settings can keep AOL Mail from loading properly.

Adjust IE Security Settings

1. Click Tools, then Internet Options, and click the Security tab.
2. Click Internet zone, and make sure that Enable Protected Mode is checked.
3. Click Trusted sites zone, and make sure that Enable Protected Mode is checked.
4. Re-start Internet Explorer.

Did you try a different Browser (i.e. Firefox or Chrome)?
(as i didn't read your post thoroughly, i asked bullshit questions - corrected...)

Try resetting ur browser settings to default and clear the temp files from ur PC....it will run a bit faster
