Whatever happened to the Lenovo Thinkpad X201s?

I see plenty of references to it on search engines, but no one sells it any more. The Lenovo website merely says that it is "no longer available for purchase".

I lied. It turns out there are a few out there for sale, but not many. Still though, why is it so rare?

So when will it be back on the site? Im pretty interested in this laptop now but I'd rather customize it with a trackpad if they had it on the lenovo website.

I didn't even know this thread was still alive. 😱
And my question was about the X201s, not the ordinary X201

Ah, I read that wrong. I read it as X201's, as in plural. My bad.
