What's causing the problem and what should I uninstall?

Title says it all. I've been getting a bunch of google pop ups on Chrome, some of my websites show up as "about:blank", and the load time is EXTREMELY slow. I thought it was my space, but that's not it, so I uninstalled some recent programs that I thought would fix the problem, which also clearly didn't work.

What should I keep, what should I uninstall? I rather not factory reset my computer.

First thing I would uninstall would be Chrome.

it's the buggiest browser around. Dont know why people use it. It either crashes, you get infected, or it crashes windows. Or something

What exactly does Apowersoft Online launcher do?? If Driversetuputility didnt come on this, I would uninstall it

Looks like Yahoo Powered maybe a browser hijacker

Get adwcleaner then run it. Whatever it finds tell it remove it then reboot

Yesterday. I tried looking for any other problems, but my browser is slow, I'm getting multiple pop ups every page I enter, and some websites aren't letting me in. I tried tunning the anti-malware scan I found on a website, but it seemingly reset my computer, only to restore it once I re-booted my laptop. It scared me so bad, I uninstalled it and all the programs it came with.

Great, now it's resetting my computer, shutting down the screen, and there's a square at the top of the screen, as if it's static-y. It's ridiculous.
