I have a laptop (like most) but its getting on a bit!

How much could i sell this for? - on ebay as an example?

Toshiba L300D-10Q
AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57
2GB DDR2 800MHz (I believe)
500GB WD Scorpio blue
1280-800 resolution
3 USB 2.0, Ethernet, DVD super multi, VGA, Express card slot
Windows 7 64Bit + Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (i will remove Ubuntu)
X1250 integrated graphics :lol:

In its day, top of the class.... now, not so much!

Go to ebay and search for something similar.
Under advanced search, select completed auctions and look at the results. The green items represent what people actually paid for the item.

Really not much. I mean they are so cheap nowadays, I saw a nice one this morning for $369 core 2 duo. I even saw an i3 with WLED screen for $430.

Once they get a few years old, the batteries go and then other things start going like touchpads/mice, charging jacks, screen, and hdd. Once the warranty is up and something goes, your poop outta luck.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for it and that's "IF" I was desperately looking for a used laptop.

I was thinking of getting this out for £150 at least. A 15", good condition Laptop thats cheaper than a netbook.... who knows but tnx for the help.

$200 for a used laptop with Athlon 64 that probably needs the battery replaced, has no warrranty, and could take a crap any moment? LOL

You could by a brand new one that's MUCH faster with a 3yr warranty for $350.
