whats the best laptop i can get with a £200 budget?

Hi, i am looking at getting a family member a laptop for no more than £200.
Most in this price range are intel celeron's which i have used in the past and seem to be slow as anything.
can anyone point me in the right direction of what to look for or where?

i might be pushing it at this price range but was hoping for an i3 or something
