Whats the difference between these 2 processors?

Hello,
I am looking at 2 possible laptops. Price is the same as is most all of the features.
But one has an Intel Core i3-2350M 2.3 GHz (HP g6-2111us) and the other has an AMD A6-4400M Accelerated 3.2GHz (HP g6-2123-us). I think I read the latter is an overclocked 2.7?
Anyway, is one processor that much better than the other?
There is a difference in graphics too I think

The intel i3-2350M will outperform the A6-4400M and you will notice the difference. The advantage of the A6-4400M is that it comes with a slightly better graphics card, enabling you to play newer games at low settings.
