whats wrong with my laptop

i want to play tf2 a 6 year old game on my brand new laptop but its really lag so laggy that it is unplayable my specs are
processor :AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon HD graphics 1.40 gHz
RAM:4.00gb (3.60gb usable)
64 bit operating system ,x64 based processor

it a netbook, it is just too weak to play games.

its only a low end amd apu wich is clocked at 1.4 ghz and a low end gpu, you wont be able to play much with that
