In Star Trek, people get hurt and killed by exploding panels - and I thought it was dramatic stupidity. But as shown, computers and cell phones can in FACT, explode... causing injuries, without being hit by Klingon phasers!

Exloding Laptops and cellphone is understandable, Bus Most others are Human errors or Lack of proper understanding and Commonsense.
The GPS follower landing up in river was sure was joke of the day. Only a woman can do that!
