Question When i alt+tab, theres a weird blued out tab called "Worker Process".

Okay.. so this started happening to me about 5 days ago. I noticed it yesterday. When i alt tabbed, a weird blued out tab was visible, called "Worker Process". When i took a screen shot to inspect it, it looked like some scam ad.I have uninstalled every program im not using,dont remember downloading and i scanned with both malwarebytes and Avast both detected nothing, ive checked my extensions, pretty much everything.I am very confused because i failed to find any sources to this. Never happened to me before.I saw a similiar post on toms guide, and someone actually found a solution to it by uninstalling some software. The problem is, i dont have that software. I've been trying hard to find the source since yesterday.I will link the pictures.No processes using up my CPU

I just tried Alt and tab and it took me from Firefox to Thunderbird, my e-mail handler.

Can you try it again and this time, have the Task Manager on screen so you can see what utility spiked a percentage of the CPU usage.

You bring up Task Manager by right clicking on the Taskbar and it's in the list that shows up.

This tab pops up around every 1 hour and is there for about 1 minute, then disappears. I noticed it because it took me out of fullscreen on youtube.

During that minute would be a good time to look into Task Manager.

I can't see the entries on the top of the list which have a percentage beside them because an advert cuts in.

You only need to worry about those. 0% means it's doing nothing.
