When I removed my old sim and kept a new sim .New sim contacts doesn't appear

Contacts are not automatically put on a SIM card. You have to intentionally save them to a SIM for them to be on it. If they were on your old one only, then that is why they are no longer showing on the device. You would have to put the old SIM back in the device and then copy the info from the SIM over to the phone. Then change SIMs again and copy the info over to the new SIM.

That is if you are referring to a SIM card and not a SD card.
